Ersilia is seeking a hands-on Senior performance marketer to own paid acquisition end-to-end, move fast, test aggressively and scale what works. This fully remote role welcomes global applicants with a CET-friendly time overlap.

You will manage multi-channel growth, build scalable systems, and translate data into creative and landing-page optimizations to drive sustainable performance across markets and devices.

Formación

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven experience managing large paid media budgets.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on optimization mindset.
• Ability to connect creative, data, and growth strategy.
• Experience with major paid platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience managing €500K to €1M+ per month.
• Subscription or LTV-driven growth experience.
• Programmatic or DSP exposure; mobile app UA background.

• Turn insights into clear creative direction and landing page improvements
• Build repeatable systems to scale campaigns efficiently
• Explore and validate new channels as we grow

This is a fully remote position which can be based globally given a +-4 hour time difference within the CET region.
