IDT is seeking a hands-on Mobile Paid Media/Growth Manager to support our marketing team and scale paid campaigns for Boss Money and Boss Revolution. This role emphasizes data-driven optimization, testing, and collaboration with design teams to align ad assets with app messaging.

You will work across multiple channels, optimize for CPI/CPA/ROAS, and explore AI-enabled marketing tools while reporting to the Growth Marketing function. This position is remote for LATAM and requires English fluency.

Formación

• 3+ years managing paid campaigns in UA or growth roles.
• B2C and app acquisition experience required.
• Hands-on with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and other paid channels.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and scale paid campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X).
• Develop channel strategies to hit user acquisition targets (CPI, CPA, ROAS).
• Analyze full funnel from impression to downstream conversions to inform budgets.
• Support creative testing from concept to execution and set up testing frameworks.
• Monitor creative performance and UA optimization impact on results.
• Collaborate with designers to align assets with app messaging and audience.
• Stay updated on trends and explore new channels and AI-assisted marketing tools.
