Shine is seeking a Senior People Programs Manager to own strategic Total Rewards initiatives across Europe. You will lead compensation philosophy, salary bands, benchmarking and equity, while ensuring pay transparency and harmonized benefits across markets.

You will collaborate with PBPs, People Services and Talent Acquisition to scale programs, drive data-driven decisions, and apply an AI-native mindset in everyday HR processes.

Formación

• 8+ years HR experience, including Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
• Strong expertise in compensation, salary benchmarking, salary bands and job architecture.
• Experience with pay transparency, benefits and compensation review cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and evolve the compensation philosophy, salary bands, benchmarking and compensation review approach.
• Drive pay transparency and pay equity initiatives across Europe.
• Review and harmonize benefits programs across markets.
• Contribute to the evolution of performance management, job architecture and career frameworks.
• Build clear manager and employee enablement, including practical tools, guidance and communication.
• Translate complex People topics into simple, practical solutions.
• Use data to support decisions and measure impact.
• Use AI as part of your daily work to research, design, automate and improve People processes.
• Lead cross-functional People programs in partnership with PBPs, People Services and Talent Acquisition.
