Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a technically hands-on Technical Product Manager to work remotely with nonprofit partners. You will lead end-to-end engagements, translate needs into product roadmaps, and deliver dashboards, data pipelines, and AI-enabled solutions while mentoring staff across a global network.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in technical product management, solutions engineering, or technology consulting.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI/LLM features, data pipelines or production APIs.
• Ability to write and interpret SQL queries and develop dashboards.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative methods, A/B testing, and predictive analytics.
• Strong sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and retrospectives in small teams.
• Proven ability to balance competing priorities across engineers and nonprofit teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership to mentor partners and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engagements with 3–4 nonprofit partners, driving technical execution.
• Translate partner needs into product roadmaps and technical guidance.
• Build dashboards, data pipelines, AI evaluations, and production APIs with partners.
• Translate workflows into clear technical requirements and manage product backlogs.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to shipping features and iteration.
