Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Designer for Growth/Website to shape the digital experience and optimize high-impact web pages and landing pages. You will drive conversion through experimentation and collaborate with growth, marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams to translate business goals into customer-focused experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Expertise in CRO, A/B testing, and experimentation.
• Strong UI/visual design skills with measurable conversion results.
• Growth mindset and data-informed decision making.
• Storytelling and visual hierarchy understanding.
• Proficiency with analytics/experimentation tools (Amplitude, GA).
• Experience running web experiments from concept to launch.
• Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
• Experience building and evolving design systems for marketing sites.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent organizational skills under fast-paced conditions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of website pages and landing pages.
• Define problem statements, success metrics, hypotheses, and prototypes.
• Plan, execute, and iterate on A/B tests.
• Deliver high-quality visual designs while maintaining brand consistency and design systems.
• Collaborate with growth, marketing, sales, and product teams to translate objectives into website experiences.
• Develop visual and written storytelling for new products, launches, and promos.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, data analysts to plan and evaluate experiments.
• Design landing pages for new product launches with product marketing teams.
• Maintain high standards of design craftsmanship and provide feedback to designers.
• Oversee design QA for web experiments and launches.
