Qualifications

• Senior-level engineering with end-to-end ownership of complex systems.
• Backend engineer or software architect background.
• Hands-on use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex) in daily work.
• Interest in agentic software development and tool adoption.
• Entrepreneurial ownership mindset driving results.
• Strong critical-thinking to review AI-generated code.
• High standards for quality, reliability and production readiness.
• Experience with complex integrations and external providers.
• Comfort making decisions without detailed specs.
• Product mindset linking tech choices to outcomes.
• Hands-on IC role; no people management.
• Strong English and distributed team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end-to-end from problem to production.
• Identify what to build and drive initiatives without detailed specs.
• Engage with external partners and define integration requirements.
• Collaborate with AI agents to create specifications and ensure quality.
• Delegate tasks to AI agents and review outputs in a large codebase.
• Evaluate AI implementations, fix errors, select best solutions.
• Test features with emphasis on reliability of financial systems.
• Own architecture, integrations, deployment and production readiness.
• Contribute as an equal team member to evolve AI-first processes.
• Stay updated on agentic development practices and apply them.
