Fundraise Up is seeking a Product Manager to own a high-impact domain within our global nonprofit fundraising platform. You will set strategy, define roadmaps, and write specs that engineers can build from, working closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, and Customer Success.

You’ll drive outcomes beyond feature shipping, balancing new initiatives with reliability and sustainability while leveraging AI to accelerate research, analysis, and collaboration across a Russian-speaking team

Formación

• 5+ years of Product Management in B2B SaaS/Fintech/Enterprise.
• Own a product area end-to-end with accountability for outcomes.
• Proven delivery of complex features in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to write specifications for engineering with edge cases.
• Data fluency to define metrics and drive decisions with evidence.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own your domain's quarterly goals and success metrics.
• Run structured discovery with customer interviews and data analysis.
• Write engineering-ready specs with edge cases and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with PM Growth on experiment design and rapid delivery.
• Collaborate with GTM to translate client needs into scalable improvements.
• Track product health with attribution and causal analysis.
• Use AI as a default tool across research, analysis, and communication.
