Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist for the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and the DS1 AI-powered analytics platform. This EMEA role requires strong technical communication with HCPs, SUS and FSEs, and the ability to work across several European regions from a remote location.

Candidates should have engineering credentials, robotics experience, and fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with relevant experience.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
• Experience with robotics or motion control in capital equipment.
• Highly organized with multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Experience with software troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo robotic system and DS1 platform to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive escalation and coordinate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Own technical activities and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure documentation and system entries are complete in a timely manner.
• Focus on remote support with occasional onsite training domestically and internationally.
