Job summary

You will source, screen, and recommend candidates, align with HIPAA standards, and help improve assessments and candidate pipelines. 5+ years billing experience and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on medical billing covering the full revenue cycle (charge entry, submission, posting, denials, appeals, A/R).
• Strong working knowledge of payer requirements, EOB interpretation, and denial reasons.
• Ability to explain billing workflows clearly and assess candidates’ practical experience.
• Experience conducting live screening calls and evaluating candidates against role-specific technical requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Source and build talent pipelines for medical billing and RCM candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct technical screening by reviewing resumes for full-cycle billing and payer knowledge.
• Assess billing proficiency through screening calls and discussing claim workflows and A/R processes.
• Administer and score role-specific skills assessments and flag inconsistencies.
• Provide evidence-based written evaluations of candidates’ strengths and readiness for roles.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, onboarding handoffs, and replacement searches as needed.
• Share hiring insights and refine assessment criteria based on candidate performance.
