Clariness GmbH is seeking a freelance representative to manage clinical trial sites and support patient recruitment. You will serve as the main contact for patients, screen patients by phone or email, and help connect doctors and patients while delivering first-class service.

Spanish-speaking candidates with English proficiency and a background in nursing or CRA roles are ideal. Flexible morning-to-evening hours are welcome; prior call center exposure is a plus.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English is required.
• Background in nursing or clinical research.
• Experience handling customer requests by phone and email.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Prior call center experience is a plus.

We are hiring a representative who will be managing clinical trial sites to ensure patient recruitment. If you have an interest in making a positive impact on people's well-being and health, and love to engage with people during phone calls, we would like to work with you!

Your responsibilities:

• Representing our company by being the contact person for our patients.
• Screening patients (no sales calls, pure customer service).
• Being part of the team, where your main task is to help doctors and patients to connect with each other.

Your profile:

• You speak Spanish (mother-tongue) and English.
• You have worked as a Nurse, CRA, or a position in the medical field.
• You might need to call patients and follow a strict screener.
• You have an understanding of medical topics.
• You have initial experience in handling customers’ requests via phone and email, ideally, you have even already worked in a Call Center before.
• You are well-organized and a confident communicator with the desire to provide a first-class service to customers.
• You can work in the morning, noon, afternoon and if necessary evening time.
