Qualitice is a growing life sciences consulting company based in Barcelona and operating across Europe. We seek a Business Development & Talent Acquisition Specialist who blends business development, recruiting and communications in a fully remote role based in Spain.

You will identify potential clients in pharma, biotech and life sciences, source consultants, coordinate interviews and manage communications with candidates, building a Europe-wide talent network and supporting client submissions.

Formación

• 1–5 years of professional experience in business development, recruitment, sales, marketing or related field.
• Fluent German and English.
• Currently living in Spain and eligible to work in Spain.
• Strong communication skills and confidence approaching new people.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools for prospecting and recruiting.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and approach potential clients across pharma, biotech and life sciences sectors.
• Source candidates for current and upcoming client projects.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communications throughout the process.
• Build and maintain a strong network of consultants across Europe.
• Support the preparation and positioning of consultant profiles for client submissions.
• Assist with employer branding and recruiting campaigns on LinkedIn and other channels.
