Job summary

Remote Leverage is hiring Medical Virtual Assistants to support US-based clients from Spain. You will manage patient scheduling, handle inquiries and assist with medical billing, insurance claims, and records management.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of VA experience, reliable internet, laptop and headset, plus a proactive, upbeat attitude. Experience with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Kareo) and telehealth platforms (Zoom Healthcare) is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or related role.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• Motivated, persistent, upbeat and a team player.
• Willing to listen to feedback and improve.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling and confirm appointments.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information.
