CB Talents is seeking an Operations Customer Expert for the Spanish Market. You will be the first point of contact for customers in Spanish, from the comfort of your home, supporting a well-known global brand.

You’ll undergo paid training in English, get health insurance from day one, and work a 40-hour week with a rotating schedule. Accommodation options may be available for select candidates.

We're hiring an Operations Customer Expert (Spanish Market) to support customers of a well-known global brand. You'll be their first point of contact, in Spanish, from the comfort of your home.

What we're looking for

• Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays)

Compensation (monthly gross, based on 22 working days)

• €1,262.33 total gross per month, including Christmas and holiday allowances (paid monthly) and a meal allowance (€7/day)
• Or, if you choose the company apartment: €1,259.33 total gross package per month, including Christmas and holiday allowances, meal allowance and free accommodation (valued at €200). Cash portion: €1,059.33
• Training allowance: €18.56/day gross, paid for successfully completed training

Contract & conditions

• 12-month fixed term with a 1-month trial period; permanent after 2 years
• 40 hours/week (8h + 1h lunch break), Monday-Sunday rotation
• 22 days of vacation per year (proportional in the first year) + Portuguese public holidays

Accommodation option

Live in a fully furnished, company-rented apartment for at least your first 14 months, with all utilities covered. Available only to candidates currently living more than 100 km from the workplace. Employees only, no pets.
