Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Solutions Engineering Lead for a remote role, based in Europe. You will shape technical pre-sales strategy, own the Solutions Engineering function, and translate complex challenges into scalable architectures and business solutions.

You will guide deal strategy, pricing, and customer value while building a high-performing team. You will partner with Sales, Success, and customers to ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation, with a focus on security,

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical pre-sales in cloud/infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of CDN, networking, and internet infrastructure.
• Experience with Web Application Firewalls, DDoS protection, bot mitigation, and API security.
• Familiarity with containerization and serverless technologies.
• Leadership in scaling and mentoring teams for growth.
• Understanding of pricing, packaging, and consumption-based models.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Based in Europe with CET-friendly collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Solutions Engineering function and set direction.
• Drive technical pre-sales from discovery to design, PoC, integration, and deal closure.
• Design customer solutions addressing infra, performance, security, and scale.
• Collaborate with Sales on pricing, packaging, and value messaging.
• Mentor and grow the Solutions Engineering team as business expands.
• Create scalable playbooks, docs, workflows, and best practices.
• Streamline onboarding and integrations to ensure smooth handoffs to CS.
• Enable commercial teams with technical enablement and product knowledge.
• Foster strong partner collaboration to unlock opportunities.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for team performance.
