Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for EMEA/APAC to lead technical discovery and demos, shaping tailored solutions across regions from Barcelona. You will collaborate with Sales, Services, Product and Engineering to ensure delivery readiness and customer success.

You will leverage Looker and Salesforce expertise, drive RFP/RFI responses, and help win strategic deals while aligning with Revenue Excellence. This role offers flexible work options.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in solutions engineering or presales.
• Knowledge of hospitality revenue management, distribution, and data analytics.
• Experience running discovery, demos, and RFPs/RFIs with Sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and demos across EMEA/APAC.
• Collaborate with Sales, Services, Product and Engineering.
• Draft solutions that are ready to deliver.
• Provide training and product support to customers and partners.
