Fut-ure Recruitment and Technology is seeking a Solutions and Implementations Engineer for a 100% remote role. You will bridge customers, product, and sales to ensure successful adoption, own pre-sales demos, and manage post-sales onboarding and deployments across cloud environments.

You will work in a startup-like, time-zone aligned role with EST hours, handling security documentation, POCs, and ongoing customer success initiatives to maximize value and renewals.

Formación

• 3+ years in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or technical account management within a SaaS environment.
• Experience guiding customers from onboarding through renewal lifecycle.
• Background in QA automation or software engineering with customer-facing experience is highly desirable.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, etc.) are a plus.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-sales: conduct technical discovery sessions, deliver tailored demos, lead POC projects, contribute to proposals, complete client security questionnaires.
• Post-sales: manage end-to-end onboarding, coordinate environments and UAT, develop implementation playbooks, act as escalation point, deliver workshops and trainings, identify upsell opportunities.
• Technical execution: write and maintain scripts and sample code for integrations, design cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure), address security concerns, produce documentation.
• Collaboration & optimization: bridge between clients and internal teams, align with Product/Sales/CS, track usage and propose optimizations.
