Rithum, a leading commerce network platform, seeks a Senior Implementation Consultant to design scalable technical solutions for late-stage sales and complex onboarding. You will own implementations, mentor teams, and drive AI-enabled productivity across strategic accounts.

You will bridge technical discovery with delivery, ensuring long-term client success, with remote-first work conditions and opportunities to optimize data flows and API integrations.

Formación

• 3+ years in a client-facing technical SaaS role with enterprise onboarding.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Deep experience with product data feeds (XML/TXT/CSV/JSON) and FTP.
• Advanced REST and SOAP API integrations and troubleshooting.
• Strong Excel and HTML skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex client projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discovery and solution design during late-stage sales for strategic clients.
• Own technical implementation and optimization of high-impact client projects.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for API integrations and data feeds.
• Provide platform training and consultation to client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive cross-functional process improvements.
• Create enablement materials and webinars to support onboarding at scale.
• Use AI to improve recurring deliverables and knowledge sharing.
