Unit4 Group seeks a ServiceNow Practice Lead to architect, implement, and govern the ServiceNow platform across the organization. You will lead a specialist team to optimize workflows and integrations aligned with business objectives, collaborating with stakeholders to scale the platform while upholding governance and security.

The role emphasizes autonomy, sustainable practices, and ongoing service improvement, with remote work options and a focus on growth, inclusion, and DEI.

Formación

• Proven experience as ServiceNow architect or team lead.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, and HRSD within ServiceNow.
• Solid understanding of ITIL, ITSM and HR processes.
• ServiceNow certification (Administrator, Developer, or Implementation Specialist) is highly desirable.
• Proven leadership of technical teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as lead architect for the ServiceNow platform, directing configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Lead a team to develop and enhance ServiceNow to meet business goals.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into ServiceNow capabilities.
• Define and enforce governance, security, and optimization best practices.
• Ensure seamless integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Oversee daily operations, reliability, security, and performance of the platform.
• Manage ServiceNow licensing and ensure compliance with licensing terms.
• Maintain relationships with ServiceNow and third-party vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
