Unit4 is seeking a ServiceNow Practice Lead to architect and drive the strategic development, implementation, and management of the ServiceNow platform across the organization. You will lead a team dedicated to optimizing ServiceNow to support business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the platform meets evolving needs.

The ideal candidate has proven experience as an architect or team leader in ServiceNow, with strong ITSM/CSM/HRSD expertise, ITIL knowledge, and excellent

• Proven experience as ServiceNow architect or team lead.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM and HRSD development, configuration and administration.
• Solid understanding of ITIL best practices and ITSM/HR processes.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow NowAssistAI is a plus.
• ServiceNow certification (Admin, Developer, or Implementation Specialist) desirable.
• Leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the lead architect for the ServiceNow platform, overseeing its configuration, implementation, and maintenance.
• Lead a team responsible for development and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and ensure alignment with ServiceNow capabilities.
• Develop and implement best practices for governance, security, and optimization.
• Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise applications and systems.
• Oversee administration and daily operations of the ServiceNow platform.
