UST is seeking a Service Operations Manager (Data) for our Fintech team. The role is 100% remote, with a focus on incident and change management, operational reporting, and KPI/SLA excellence.

You will coordinate multiple technical teams, analyze trends, and ensure continuous service improvement while keeping stakeholders informed. The position offers extensive benefits and a flexible work-life balance, including remote work, training access, and multiple incentive programs.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in operational coordination or technology operations.
• Proven experience in Incident and Change Management processes.
• Strong operational reporting and management information skills.
• Experience producing KPI, SLA, availability and performance reports.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, risks and recurring issues.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multiple technical teams during incidents and critical situations.
• Maintain support processes and ensure requests follow procedures.
• Use tools to investigate, diagnose problems and generate performance reports.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintain records.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and drive to resolution with clients.
