You will coordinate workflows, support scalable hiring initiatives and work with cross-functional teams to refine strategies and measure performance, ensuring data accuracy and process discipline.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in operational coordination, service management or tech operations.
• Proven incident management and change management experience.
• Strong reporting and management information skills.
• Experience producing KPI, SLA, availability and operational performance reports.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, risks and recurring issues.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical teams during incidents.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Mandatory requirements
