Job summary

Remitee Inc. is seeking a Service Support Analyst to join a fast-growing fintech team. This 100% remote role is based in Europe, ideally Spain, with an early-morning schedule aligned to Argentina time.

You will manage client cases, analyze data, and collaborate across teams to ensure timely resolutions and high-quality service. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and at least 2 years in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in similar roles.
• Knowledge of SQL to extract and analyze transactional data.
• Experience with Power BI to build dashboards and insights.
• Fintech/payments experience is a plus.
• Based in Europe, ideally Spain, and able to work the described schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to clients by managing and resolving cases.
• Ensure a high-quality service experience for all customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely case resolution.
• Extract, analyze, and manage information from databases.
• Answer operational questions with transactional data and spot patterns.
• Identify operational deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze data to improve operational indicators and dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs and propose new metrics for continuous improvement.
