Descrizione del lavoro

Firstup is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to ensure reliability, security, and scalability of our global enterprise IT stack. You will own endpoint management, IAM, collaboration platforms, and SaaS applications for a remote-first workforce, reporting to the Director of Technology.

You will drive security, governance, and project delivery while maintaining excellent service for employees worldwide. Location is remote with focus on Chicago-area operations.

Competenze

• Proven expertise in Apple/macOS environments, Google Workspace, and Jamf device management.
• Experience managing enterprise endpoint platforms, device lifecycle, patching, configuration standards, and asset management.
• Strong understanding of IAM, including Okta, SSO, MFA, policies, and reviews.
• Experience administering cloud SaaS platforms with provisioning, integrations, lifecycle management, and governance.
• Security controls, endpoint protection, compliance initiatives, and enterprise security best practices.
• Experience supporting a remote-first or distributed workforce.
• Scripting and automation using Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar.
• Strong documentation, plus clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical, proactive, with ownership and collaboration.

Mansioni

• Administer and support Google Workspace, MS Teams, Zoom, Slack, and associated collaboration technologies.
• Manage platform configuration, security settings, licensing, integrations, and lifecycle management.
• Manage endpoints across macOS and Windows including provisioning, deployment, support, and retirement.
• Administer Jamf, BeyondTrust, Microsoft Intune, and related endpoint management and security platforms.
• Administer Okta and related identity services including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and app integrations.
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and RBAC.
• Monitor system health, performance, availability, and capacity; proactively resolve issues.
• Lead implementation and migration projects across enterprise tech platforms.
• Develop project plans, technical designs, and operational transition plans.
• Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001; support security audits and remediation.
