Job&Talent is seeking a proactive Senior Information Security Engineer to own incident management and drive the ongoing improvement of our security posture. This fully remote role offers flexibility within ±1 hour of CET and requires leadership in SecOps, threat detection, and cloud security across major platforms.

You will collaborate with DevOps, mentor junior engineers, and continuously enhance logging, evidence collection, and security standards to safeguard our systems and data.

Formación

• 5+ years in SecOps, cloud security, incident response, security engineering, or similar role.
• At least 3 years in threat analysis, SIEM alert investigation, detections, and incident management.
• 2 years with CSPM.
• At least 3 years at a cloud-based, global tech product company.
• Experience with EDR/XDR tools and endpoint investigation.
• Experience with vulnerability management and risk-based prioritization.

Responsabilidades

• Own incident management and improve overall security posture.
• Improve detection capabilities and reduce SIEM noise; create and refine playbooks.
• Develop security guides and implement monitoring to protect Job&Talent.
• Improve tooling, processes and security standards across the business.
• Mentor junior engineers in security best practices.
• Monitor cloud security configurations across AWS, Azure, GCP using CSPM.
