Job summary

RemoFirst is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to optimize CRM workflows, commission processes, and revenue reporting. This remote-first role partners with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Partnerships to ensure data integrity and scalable processes.

You will design dashboards, deliver enablement sessions, and drive automation across the revenue stack while coordinating across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Revenue Operations or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Experience administering CRM platforms and revenue tech stacks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with distributed teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Optimize CRM workflows and sales processes with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain CRM, data integrity, and user adoption.
• Identify automation opportunities to boost efficiency.
• Design and deliver monthly Sales Enablement training with leadership.
• Own monthly commission calculation and alignment with plans.
• Coordinate with Finance for timely commission disbursements.
• Own MRR reporting and recurring revenue dashboards.
• Create dashboards supporting sales, forecasting, and exec decision-making.
• Assist with RFP responses and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as primary contact for revenue tools and CRM.
• Collaborate across departments to standardize revenue operations processes.
