Lantronix is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa to grow sales in edge AI markets. You will manage key OEM accounts, build relationships with executives and technical teams, and drive revenue while coordinating with product and marketing teams.

Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in direct sales and OEM-focused experience in embedded compute, and willingness to travel; English and French skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct sales and key account management experience.
• Experience in embedded compute OEM-focused business models.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.

Mansioni

• Drive revenue growth through direct engagement with strategic end-customers and OEM key accounts in edge AI markets.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for strategic accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships, opportunity development, and revenue achievement.
• Identify and close high-value opportunities, navigating complex sales cycles and engaging with multiple stakeholders, including technical decision-makers and procurement teams.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through targeted new customer acquisition.
