Job summary

GroTech Search is seeking a European Sales Lead to own government and defence opportunities across Europe. The role offers fully remote work anywhere in Europe, with a focus on Nordics and Baltics, and direct collaboration with the CEO and senior technical leadership.

You will drive a consultative sales process, build strategic relationships with government decision-makers, and position our intelligence technology to governments, defence and national security organisations, delivering ambitious

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling technology or intelligence solutions to government, defence, national security or intelligence organisations.
• Strong network of government and defence stakeholders across Europe, especially Nordics/Baltics.
• Ability to originate and close complex government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business across European government, defence, intelligence and national-security organisations
• Develop and execute a commercial strategy across the Nordics, Baltics and wider European markets
• Identify, engage and build relationships with senior government decision-makers
• Manage complex, consultative sales cycles from discovery to contract close
• Leverage existing relationships to accelerate market entry
• Work with CEO and technical teams to position the company’s technology
• Build a sustainable pipeline of government opportunities and deliver revenue targets
• Help shape the company’s wider European expansion strategy
