Job summary
Trojan Technologies, a Veralto company, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Southern Europe & CEE to drive growth across industrial UV solutions. You will build relationships with end users, partners, system integrators and consultants, and lead proposals through all stages of the sales cycle.
You will interpret technical specifications and manage forecasts and pricing in Salesforce while collaborating with engineering, operations and finance teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of B2B technical sales experience in capital equipment or complex solutions.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; 50–60% travel across Southern Europe & CEE.
Responsibilities
- Execute regional growth strategy across Southern Europe and CEE.
- Build and develop relationships with end users, channel partners, system integrators, consultants.
- Serve as primary commercial contact for industrial UV solution opportunities in the territory.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals with cross-functional teams.
- Manage opportunities, forecasts, pricing, and quotes in Salesforce.
