Emergo by UL's Human Factors unit seeks a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role is customer-facing and can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke or The Hague.

You will own the sales cycle from initial contact to contract, build a strong pipeline, and work with experts to tailor solutions. Travel up to 30% is expected; a Bachelor's or Graduate degree is required and English proficiency must be at

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years of consultative sales experience with proven targets.
• Medical device or life science industry experience required.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as primary contact for HF advisory services across the sales cycle.
• Articulates value proposition in client presentations and proposals.
• Develops sales pipeline through proactive outreach and trade shows.
• Manages relationships to close sales and drive contract execution.
