Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Payroll Analyst to oversee global payroll operations with a focus on European markets, including Spain. You will manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensure accuracy and compliance, and collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize payroll workflows.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in payroll or accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with multiple regulatory environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant payroll or accounting experience.
• Fluent in Hebrew, French or Spanish (spoken and written) – a mandatory requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processes for assigned populations for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to collect and process payroll data.
• Review payroll data such as new hires, terminations, and compensation changes.
• Ensure payroll compliance with local, national, and international regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports, payslips, and related documentation.
• Assist with payroll audits, resolve discrepancies, and respond to inquiries.
