Workwell in Barcelona is seeking a mid-level Payroll Administrator to manage EU and ROW payroll operations for employees and contractors. You’ll ensure timely, accurate payments and compliance across multiple entities while collaborating with HR, finance, and external partners.

The role covers timesheet processing, payslips, invoicing, data management, and process improvements to boost payroll efficiency. Hybrid work and a probation-based salary progression from €31,000 to €33,280 apply.

Formación

• Strong understanding of EU/ROW payroll taxation.
• Proven experience in payroll administration and compliance documentation.
• Experience with timesheet processing at scale.
• Effective communication with stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and payroll/invoicing software.
• Detail-oriented data entry and analytical skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and accountable.
• Multilingual abilities a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Administer payroll processes in line with EU and ROW taxation laws.
• Process high-volume timesheets and payroll transactions within deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of employee and contractor data.
• Generate payslips, final pay statements, and audit documentation.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients to verify rates and manage price lists.
• Prepare and send invoices as directed.
• Handle payroll queries from workers and contractors.
• Ensure correct deductions for benefits.
• Collaborate with HR and finance to support payroll operations.
• Manage debt recovery tasks and tax levy corrections.
• Enter timesheet data into ERP and process payments on time.
• Update invoice and timesheet information across portals, CRM, databases.
• Identify process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
