A talent connection company is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative who is a fluent German speaker with over 5 years of outbound sales experience. This is a remote position focused on prospecting and generating new business opportunities within the DACH region. Responsibilities include conducting high-volume outreach and collaborating with marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and experience with CRM platforms.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales.
• Proven experience targeting or selling into DACH markets.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding outbound sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) in German and English.
• Identify and qualify potential clients within the DACH region.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Conocimientos

Fluency in German (C1/C2 level)
