Dcycle is expanding in the DACH region and seeks a Sales Development Representative who will work from Madrid in a hybrid setup. You will identify buyer personas, build target lists, and craft outbound sequences to generate qualified meetings with German-speaking prospects.

Expect intense early learning in ESG and sustainability software, frequent collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success, and a fast-paced culture that rewards initiative and practical results.

Formación

• 1–2 years in outbound sales, business development, or similar high-activity roles.
• Track record of meeting activity/pipeline metrics (cold calls, emails, meetings booked).
• Familiarity with CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outbound sequencing tools.
• Understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Identify buyer personas for upcoming DACH campaigns and build target lists.
• Study and optimize the contactability strategy across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Qualify leads through discovery calls and handle objections in German-speaking markets.
• Book qualified meetings and contribute to outbound battlecards with feedback from conversations.
