Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, business development, partnerships, or a related role.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Native English speaker or Italian/Spanish/Portuguese speaker with excellent English.
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Conduct consultation calls with prospective clients.
• Sales: Assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Sales: Explain immigration and tax services clearly and confidently.
• Sales: Manage follow-ups via email, WhatsApp, and CRM.
• Sales: Consistently work toward sales and revenue targets.
• Partnerships & Business Development: Identify and develop referral partnerships.
• Partnerships & Business Development: Build relationships with communities, agencies, consultants, recruiters, accountants, and other strategic partners.
• Partnerships & Business Development: Support business development initiatives and growth projects.
• Partnerships & Business Development: Help identify new opportunities to generate leads and improve business performance.
