Job summary

Molex is seeking a Sales Engineer for Aerospace & Defense to drive growth in the Iberia region from a remote base. You will develop the market, manage key accounts, and present Molex solutions across our product portfolio.

Ideal candidates have an engineering degree with several years in electronics or aerospace & defense, plus strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills in English and Spanish. SAP and Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the Aerospace & Defense market for Iberia.
• Maintain and expand professional business relationships within assigned accounts.

• Prepare business plans that ensure profitable growth.
• Focus on building long-term relationships with direct and frequent customer interaction.
• Build a Salesforce pipeline reflecting demand-generating activities.
• Provide market insights to develop regional sales strategy.
• Provide marketing intelligence on competitor activity and market trends.
