Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the Aerospace & Defense market for Iberia, identifying opportunities and investing.
• Maintain and expand professional business relationships within assigned accounts.
• Understand customer applications, discuss needs, and offer Molex products as solutions.
• Prepare business plans to ensure profitable growth aligned with corporate objectives.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and drive direct, frequent interaction.
• Build a Salesforce pipeline reflecting demand creation activities.
• Provide market insights to develop regional sales strategy.
• Provide marketing intelligence on competitor activity and market trends.
