Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Sales Development Account Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by connecting with prospective clients and identifying new business opportunities. You will work with Business Development and Marketing to build a strong pipeline and qualify opportunities across global teams.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of inside sales and/or sales development experience, including new business development, prospecting, lead nurturing, qualification, and appointment setting.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business opportunities through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting activities.
• Engage prospective customers through phone, email, and social outreach to build relationships and drive interest.
• Research, qualify, and understand customer needs to advance opportunities through the early stages of the sales process.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and Business Development partners.
• Partner with Business Development colleagues to progress opportunities and support revenue growth objectives.
• Develop territory strategies, identify target accounts, and build a healthy opportunity pipeline within assigned markets.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maximise campaign effectiveness and support territory performance goals.
• Maintain accurate activity, lead, contact, account, and opportunity data within Salesforce, SalesLoft, and other sales tools.
• Meet established activity and business development metrics while representing Worldwide at industry events and trade shows as needed.
