Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Sales Development Account Manager for a remote role open to applicants in Italy, Germany, Spain or Poland. You will generate new business opportunities, qualify inbound leads, and engage prospects via multiple channels to build relationships and drive pipeline growth.

You will partner with Business Development and Marketing to progress opportunities, meet targets, and maintain accurate data in Salesforce and SalesLoft across global teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales and/or sales development experience, including new business development and qualification.
• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound prospecting.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, and social channels to build relationships.
• Research and qualify customer needs to advance opportunities in the sales process.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and Business Development partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maximize campaign effectiveness and support territory goals.
