TGM Research in Europe is seeking a Client Service Manager to own key accounts across the Americas from a Europe-based role. You will coordinate project delivery with the fieldwork team, identify growth opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction while driving revenue.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in account or project management within market research, fluent English, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in account and/or project management within market research online panel companies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to improvise and adapt.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Research, Statistics, Data Science background is a bonus.
• Availability to work during European office hours.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling.
• Support lead generation and new business activities.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts.
• Coordinate medium to complex research projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide guidance for sampling strategy development.
• Maintain day-to-day client communication and problem solving.
• Monitor project financials and performance against budget.
• Support clients across the EMEA region.
