Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across global clinical studies from study start-up through close-out.
• Oversee CRO and vendor relationships, ensuring delivery against timelines, quality and budget expectations.
• Drive performance, accountability and collaboration across outsourced study teams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Support scalable processes and frameworks within a growing clinical organisation.
• Work cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure studies are conducted in compliance with ICH-GCP and applicable regulatory requirements.
