Lodgify is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to shape a vibrant and transparent workplace culture. You will partner with the People team to enhance onboarding, manager toolkits, and employee lifecycle touchpoints.

You will drive engagement surveys, maintain internal knowledge systems, and ensure a positive employee experience across the team of 380+ colleagues from 60 nationalities.
