• 3+ years in HR, People Operations, or Employee Experience in a tech/SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with HR software (such as 15five) and Notion.
• Strong communication and ability to tailor messaging across stakeholders.
• Initiative and accountability with independent time and project management.
• Analytical skills with HR metrics, survey analytics, and salary benchmarking data.
• Empathy, discretion, and confidentiality in sensitive conversations (exit interviews, growth plans).
• Process orientation and ability to create practical guides, templates, or workflows.
• Collaborative mindset for cross-functional partnership with managers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage core employee lifecycle touchpoints (onboarding, performance reviews, individual plans tracking, exit interviews) to ensure a strong employee experience.
• Develop and roll out manager toolkits and self-serve resources to enable effective leadership.
• Administer company-wide engagement surveys, analyze results, and translate insights into action plans.
• Own daily administration of HR tools (e.g., 15five) and related systems, ensuring smooth, up-to-date processes.
• Create and maintain intuitive internal documentation (Notion) and People guides for accessibility and transparency.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis to keep rewards fair and competitive.
• Maintain high-quality HR data and build dashboards to highlight workplace trends and metrics.
