Lodgify is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to empower our German-speaking hosts worldwide. You will help users master our software, troubleshoot technical challenges, and optimize property management integrations in a fast-growing tech environment.

Deliver personalized support via email, chat, and phone, guiding users through features and OTA connections while collaborating with internal teams to improve the platform. All applications should be in English.

Formación

• Native or professional fluency in German (C1/C2), plus strong English skills.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing support role, ideally SaaS/tech.
• Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk, ticketing systems, or CRM platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personalized support to German-speaking hosts via email, chat, and phone.
• Guide customers through software features and OTA connections (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO).
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical inquiries, logs, and configurations.
• De-escalate situations empathetically, turning issues into positive experiences.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to report feedback and improve functionality.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.
