American Express Global Business Travel is hiring a Manager of Business Development in Spain. You will prospect, build strategic relationships, and demonstrate our SaaS travel tech, driving new business and revenue growth.

This role involves contract negotiations, onboarding new customers, and collaborating with implementation teams. You should excel at data-driven presentations, maintain a strong pipeline, and travel 25–50% while working remotely as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consultative selling experience within tech/SaaS.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and closing deals.
• Strong prospecting, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and conduct discovery with key decision makers.
• Demonstrate Amex GBT's solutions through data-driven demos and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close new customers to grow revenue.
• Onboard new customers with implementation teams to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain records and respond to prospects' questions.
