GE Vernova in Barcelona is seeking a ROC Technical Lead to oversee remote operations of offshore wind assets. You will coordinate with site teams and engineers to detect, analyze, and resolve issues, ensuring safe and reliable turbine performance across the lifecycle.

You will monitor turbine performance, analyze operational data, and support commissioning and service activities, with travel up to 20% and a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• A degree in Engineering or equivalent in wind energy.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics for troubleshooting and field support.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; calm, structured under pressure.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Fluent in English; willing to relocate to Barcelona and EU work eligibility.
