GE Vernova is seeking a ROC Technical Lead for a Remote Operations Center focused on wind energy in Barcelona. You will support safe, efficient operation of offshore wind assets, monitor performance, diagnose issues, and collaborate with site teams to maintain reliability across the turbine lifecycle.

The role involves remote diagnostics, field support coordination, and contributing to process improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; calm under pressure.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Fluent English; relocation to Barcelona and EU work eligibility.

Mansioni

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.

• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.

• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on-call support during weekends and public holidays.
