Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for Remote Operations Center (Wind Energy) in Barcelona, Spain. You will monitor turbine performance, guide remote diagnostics, and drive troubleshooting to ensure safe, reliable operation across commissioning and service phases.

Collaborating with site teams and engineering experts, you will analyze data, report findings, and contribute to continuous improvement while supporting grid outage responses and maintaining safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on-call support during weekends and public holidays
