• Escalate complex issues with structured technical information.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvements.
• Support reporting of technical findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and optimization of operations.
• Assist with grid outage support while prioritising safety.
• Participate in rotating weekday shifts and periodic on-call duties.
