Responsibilities
- Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms.
- Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for commissioning and service.
- Assist field teams in resolving issues and restoring performance.
- Escalate complex issues with clear technical information.
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams.
- Analyze data to identify faults and trends.
- Support reporting of technical findings.
- Contribute to process improvement and optimization.
- Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety.
- Participate in rotating weekday shifts with on-call weekends/holidays.
