GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for Remote Operations Center to support offshore wind assets from Barcelona-based operations. You will monitor performance, diagnose issues remotely, and guide field teams to restore and optimize turbine operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot.
Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
Strong analytical and communication skills, calm under pressure.
Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
Fluent English; willing to relocate to Barcelona; EU work eligibility.

Responsibilities

Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
Support commissioning and service activities via remote diagnostics.
Assist field teams in resolving issues and restoring performance.
Escalate complex issues with clear technical information.
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
Analyze operational data to identify faults and improvements.
Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
Contribute to process improvements and operational optimization.
Support grid outages when required, with safety and compliance in mind.
Work on a rotating weekday shift with occasional on-call weekends/public holidays.
